National Membership is open to anyone
holding an associate or equivalent (RN), baccalaureate or higher degree
from a regionally accredited college or university.
Branch Membership in Valley Forge Branch membership also includes membership in the Association and AAUW Pennsylvania.

is open to regionally accredited educational institutions, including

Dues:
Dues are $75 in total, including $49 which goes to National AAUW, $10 to Pennsylvania AAUW, and $16 to Valley Forge Branch. Remember, $46 is tax deductible because it supports AAUW's educational activities. The $3 of National dues that is not deductible supports the AAUW Action Fund's Section 501(c)(4) Lobby Corps and Get out the Vote activities. Lobbying costs are not deductible for federal income tax.

Life Membership:
Life Membership is $900, or 20 times the Association dues.
A member who has paid Association dues for 50 years shall become a 50-year Honorary Life Member and shall thereafter be exempt from the payment of Association dues.

NEW MEMBERS:
New branch members who join between January 1 and March 15 pay half-year dues, and their membership is valid through June 30. New branch members who join after March 15 pay full dues, and their membership is valid through June 30 of the following year.
